Web store FAQ



Glacier Clothing produces custom logo merchandise at our location in Columbia Falls, MT.  We specialize in Business and Team apparel for groups large and small.  Our unique relationships with brands like The North Face, Arc’teryx, Cahartt, Nike, and more provide our clients with a wide variety of uniform and event apparel, bag, other branded merchandise options.

The logo, logo placement, and garments in your store have been handpicked by members of your organization to best represent your image and mission. 


Our job at Glacier Clothing is to be the best hosts we can for your store.  If you have ideas or suggestions for your store, please reach out to the store manager in your organization, so that they may review your ideas and coordinate with our team.  



Orders take approximately two weeks to complete.  We do not offer rush options for custom online orders at this time. 


Items and logos are pictured on the web store as accurately as possible.  Please keep in mind that screen resolutions affect how images appear, and images cannot always depict all details of a garment.  


Inventory is always subject to change.  If there is an inventory or backorder issue, you will be contacted by a member of the Glacier Clothing sales team to discuss options. 


Personalizations will be printed by Glacier Clothing Company exactly as they are entered in to the web order.  Glacier Clothing will not be responsible and will not issue refunds for personalizations entered incorrectly by the customer.  



Shipping options have been determined by the store manager in your organization.  We have a variety of options including Pick-up in Columbia Falls, Ship to Store, and Ship to customer.  When you reach the Shipping portion of the payment process, you will see the choices available to you.  


If your organization has chosen PICK-UP, you will be contacted by email or phone when your order is ready to be picked up at our Columbia Falls location, 706 Nucleus Avenue.


If your organization has chosen the SHIP TO STORE option, your organization has chosen to have orders sent to a central location related to your organization.  


If your organization has chosen the SHIP TO CUSTOMER option, you will be billed for shipping on the payment screen and your order will be shipped to the address you provide.



Empty all pockets and turn garment inside-out before washing 


Machine wash warm (permanent press cycle) with a small amount of liquid detergent. 


Do not Bleach. Do not dry clean.


Hang dry or lay flat to dry. 


When ironing, avoid decorated areas - heat from an iron can cause discoloration or damage.



Returns must be approved by GCC. Please contact us at admin@glacierclothing.com to request an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) before making a return.


Note in your email your name, the date of your purchase, and reason for your return request.


Items must be in “like new” condition in their original packaging.


Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt.


Defective pieces in “as new” condition will be repaired, replaced or refunded at the discretion of GCC.


Items returned for reasons other than defect are subject to a 25% restocking fee.



Once approved, write the RMA number on a conspicuous place on the outside of the packaging as well as including it inside the package.


All shipping charges for returned items are paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.
